When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order, not when it ships.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

You will receive an emailed order confirmation acting as your receipt shortly after checkout.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for orders placed before a later sale or promotion.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution.
